Fitness Testing


Before a Training Programme with the power to unlock a sportsperson's full potential can be devised, his/her existing fitness levels must be discovered. Appreciating this reality, Gold Standard offer comprehensive yet affordable Fitness Testing packages to individuals and teams from all sporting codes and backgrounds. After examining crucial factors such as one's height, weight, blood pressure, flexibility, waist hip ratio, BMI, body fat percentage, grip strength and vertical jump capabilities, Gold Standard's qualified Performance Scientists will be in a position to accurately predict Performance Potential.

The full and complete Fitness Analysis the practice executes will also enable the athlete/coach to identify weaknesses that can be worked upon, and to set realistic goals and objectives for the coming season. Based upon the results of the conducted Fitness Tests, Gold Standard create and monitor customised Training Programmes for interested parties.

As well as catering for the needs of highly competitive, top class athletes; Gold Standard very much provide for members of the general public. This is once again reflected in the practice's Project: Rejuvenation Fitness Testing & Personal Training service, where each individual client's age, gender, condition and ability is always taken into account.
