Typically carried out on a One-on-One basis (though Mini-Groups are also facilitated), Gold Standard's Personal Training service centres around expert Exercise Prescription and Instruction.
Open to all members of the public, this Sports Science offering commences with a Fitness and Flexibility Assessment, where the client's individual strengths and weaknesses are analysed. After conducting such, Gold Standard's Performance Scientists shall devise and implement a customised training programme, which is tailored to the client's specific needs, goals and abilities. Interesting, varied and challenging, the programme will be designed to not only improve a client's body shape but his/her fitness levels and self confidence.
Closely analysing one's physical improvements at various programme junctures, Gold Standard provide mentoring, feedback and accountability throughout the process. Alongside all of such, Gold Standard offer their clients advice in complementary aspects of wellbeing (addressing topics such as General Health, Nutrition and Movement) as part of this programme.
